Ambassadors
We are proud to work closely with celebrities and public figures who actively champion Honeypot and the children we support. Together, they play an important role in helping us create happy memories and brighter futures for young carers and children aged 5–12 facing challenging circumstances.
Our Ambassadors commit to an ongoing relationship with the charity, using their platforms and influence to raise awareness, attend key moments and help amplify our mission. Friends of Honeypot are valued supporters who lend their voice to our work and share messages of encouragement with our children.
If you have a public profile and are interested in supporting Honeypot as an Ambassador or Friend, our marketing team would love to hear from you. Get in touch >

“Over the past five years, we’ve seen first-hand the difference Honeypot makes in giving children the chance to relax, have fun and just be kids. Being local to Honeypot House has made the connection even more meaningful for us, and we’re passionate about supporting a charity that is making such a positive impact in our own community.”

Tom Holland
Actor Tom Holland has supported The Honeypot Children’s Charity through his family charitable foundation - The Brothers Trust. Honeypot young carers have also been to a special film screening of Spider-Man: No Way Home, hosted by The Brothers Trust, where they had the chance to meet with Tom, and he always has kind words of encouragement for all the children we support.
“It was great to meet some of you a while back at our screening in Battersea. You are all doing an amazing job and I have huge respect for each and every one of you caring for a loved one.”

Gabriel Martinelli
Arsenal player Gabriel Martinelli first supported us in 2021 helping to raise awareness of our work and motivate our children to believe in their dreams. Watch his video call with a Honeypot young carer.
“I have great memories of my childhood… always playing football, making new friends and being outdoors for most of the time. Unfortunately, many kids never really have the opportunity to experience childhood to the fullest. That’s the case for many young carers who take care of their relatives from a very young age. That isn’t fair and we should help out these kids. That’s why I’ve started to work with Honeypot, an organisation that provides young carers the opportunity to be children and to build a brighter future.”

England Footballers Foundation
The England Footballers Foundation supported us from 2015 to 2016, helping to raise awareness of young carers. They made special appearances, met with our children, donated match fees, and raised funds through their annual Gala Dinner to raise £100,000 for our work.
Andros Townsend and Harry Kane met with Charlie, who cares for her mum and younger sister. The Three Lions and Spurs duo visited Charlie at home, where she told them more about her daily routine helping her mum.
Gary Cahill visited our house in Hampshire where he met James, who helps to care for his brother who has autism and ADHD.
“The lads looked at many incredible charities. Honeypot really stood out because of the vital work they do to help youngsters like James who often miss out on their own childhood. Honeypot provides breaks and support throughout the year which is so important.”

Steven Mackintosh
Actor and narrator Steven Mackintosh started supporting Honeypot back in 2018 when he fronted our Carers Week campaign. He has been an ongoing supporter of the charity, attending events like the Chelsea Flower Show 2025 and providing quotes of support.
“It’s hard to imagine how tough Covid must have been for these young carers. For them to have Honeypot and their incredible projects, the chance to be free and play, create and be children again, to have respite from their daily lives is priceless.”

Abbie Brown
Abbie Brown is a rugby union player who captained the England Women’s Sevens Rugby team. She started supporting Honeypot in 2017.
“I feel very honoured to support The Honeypot Children’s Charity, and I hope I’ll be able to help the charity raise awareness of their work with young carers. I’m really excited about sharing my values with the charity and helping them on their journey, and spending more time with all the amazing kids!”

Dan Snow
Dan Snow is a writer, historian and television presenter who has supported Honeypot since 2013.
“The Honeypot Children’s Charity and I share the same ethos around helping young carers to reach their full potential. It’s the real and tangible difference that Honeypot makes to these young children that keeps me going and I hope that I can motivate others to get involved with this inspirational charity. I am happy and proud to support the Honeypot Children’s Charity.”
