Rodlease Woods Comes Alive for Honeypot’s Magical Music Night
Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, magic, and community spirit at Honeypot’s Magical Music Night on Saturday 13th September 2025, set in the stunning woodland surroundings of Rodlease House in Boldre, Hampshire.
The evening’s headline performance features Peter Roper-Curzon, acclaimed concert pianist and organist - best known for playing at Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding - who will accompany the One Way Ticket Choir, under the inspired creative leadership of Dita Broster, in a dramatic Phantom of the Opera medley. This unique performance will take place with a specially transported organ, and an array of lights suspended from the trees, all adding to the theatrical magic.
As part of the concert programme, guests will also be treated to an amazing magic show by David Forgham-Bailey, but the magic begins well before the music starts! Guests will be welcomed with a free drink, a live jazz band, and a warm greeting from our very own Bumble. Families can enjoy children’s activities and a fantastic raffle with some amazing prizes, all while relaxing with a picnic or sampling delicious food from the BBQ stand and bar.
The evening continues with classical guitar, solo vocalists, and ends on a high with dancing to the lively sounds of Six & Sax.
“This magical occasion is about bringing the community together, supporting local live music, having fun, and particularly supporting the wonderfully touching and original Honeypot Children’s Charity providing respite for young carers who really need the chance to have fun being children.”
All proceeds support our work with young carers aged 5–12, providing them with much-needed respite breaks full of fun and friendship. Tickets are £20 for adults and just £2 for under-18s.
Don’t miss this magical night under the stars, where every note helps change a young carer’s life.
