DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
PT 30 hours a week | £60k (£75k FTE)| Hybrid (2 days a week in London office)

We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute and forward-thinking Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership of the organisation's financial management, planning and governance. This is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, supporting organisational growth, driving operational excellence, and enabling the charity to maximise its impact.
The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (or qualified by experience) with extensive experience of financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and strategic planning. They will bring a proactive and innovative approach to financial management, identifying opportunities for organisational development, efficiency, improvement, and sustainable growth.
Ideally, candidates will have experience within the charity, not-for-profit sector environment and possess a strong understanding of charity accounting, governance and regulatory compliance.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
FT 37.5 hours a week | c£32k | Hybrid (2 days a week in London office)
Play a key role in growing Honeypot’s reach, engagement and impact through creative, insight-led and effective digital marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the postholder will lead Honeypot’s digital marketing activity, using creativity, audience insight and data to grow awareness, strengthen supporter engagement and help achieve the charity’s strategic objectives.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of Honeypot Scotland services. This includes operational leadership, safeguarding accountability, workforce management, and oversight of the site, systems, and resources. The role leads a flexible, predominantly zero-hours workforce and ensures consistent service delivery through clear communication, defined expectations, and robust operational processes. Working closely with the fundraising team, the postholder ensures services are deliverable, sustainable, and aligned with organisational growth, contributing operational insight to support funding decisions and future planning.

Play a vital role in creating joyful and nurturing experiences for children during respite breaks at our house in East Ayrshire. You will be at the heart of our child facing services, from organising fun, creative activities to helping children feel at home in a supportive environment.
MINIBUS DRIVER
Zero hours contract | £14.50 an hour
You will be providing a safe and reliable transport service for children attending respite breaks at our house in East Ayrshire. You will be part of a small team collecting children from designated pick-up points, bringing them to our house, and returning them home after their break.
