A free audio video for all our young carers!
Whether it's spotting ponies, cuddling guinea pigs or being followed around by guineafowl, animals are always a big part of any visit to Honeypot! While our respite houses are sadly closed, we're still dedicated to bringing that Honeypot magic to our young carers. That's why we're so excited to announce that our generous supporter Fiona Lunn is donating free access to the audio videos of her story The Squirrel! The Squirrel is an adventure story about red squirrels and pine martens. It is set in a Scots pine forest during autumn, winter and the following spring. Throughout the tale, children learn about nature in a forest and how the seasons affect the animals’ habitat and behaviour. We loved listening to this enchanting story and we can't wait to share it with our young carers. A huge thank you to Fiona – and to everyone else who has donated to our Emergency Action Plan so far.
