We Won!

We are buzzing to announce that The Honeypot Children's Charity won the New Milton Advertiser & Lymington Times Award for Best New Forest Charity 2022 tonight at the New Forest Business Partnership Brilliance in Business Awards last night.

The awards evening took place in Brockenhurst College with our inspiring Community Engagement Manager Viv Carter, Trustee Hugh Whitaker and amazing volunteer ambassadors John Pockett, John Lay-Flurrie and Gillian Keartland (taking the photo) in attendance.

Both volunteer ambassadors John lay-Flurrie and Gillian Keartland kindly nominated Honeypot for the award.

The other outstanding finalists were:

  • New Forest Bike Project CIC

  • Olivia Inspires Charity

What a testament to all the hard work that our operations team have put in to adapting to all the challenges that young carers and Honeypot have faced over the last few years, resulting in new services to add to our amazing residential respite breaks and so building brighter futures and creating happy childhood memories for young carers aged 5-12..
