Photos, videos, story consent form
The Honeypot Children’s Charity produces a range of communications and resources to demonstrate the work we do and the impact our services have on the children and families we support. We love to share the experiences of real people who are using our services as it helps to show the difference we are making to their lives. By completing this form, you give us permission to use your child’s pictures/videos or story in our communications.
Images and stories will be shared through Honeypot’s own channels, such as:
Our newsletters, website, social media, and updates to our staff and supporters
In local or national newspapers, magazines, TV, or online news
And occasionally with our funding partners, who may use them to help promote the work they support with Honeypot

Data Protection
You can state below if you are happy for us to use your child’s real name but please note that we will never include a surname or any personal or identifying information. The information you provide on this form will be kept safe and never shared with any other organisation without your permission.
We will always share any stories with you for final consent and of course if you change your mind later, you can contact us at any time to withdraw your consent.
Data will be kept on file for six years and then either removed or consent will be requested again.
